About

I served as deputy prosecuting attorney in both Pulaski and Washington counties. I have handled thousands of criminal cases, ranging from traffic violations to DWIs to violent felonies. During my time with the prosecutor's office, I gained an understanding of the tactics employed by both the prosecutors and the police to convict people charged with crimes. I am excited to use my knowledge and insight to battle for the clients of Nelson & Marks PLLC and to help them with their cases! 

Education

I graduated with honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law in 2011 with a law degree. While in law school, I served as a member of UALR law review and was also a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association. I am also currently serving as an adjunct professor for the Northwest Arkansas Community College. I am married, and my wife and I are the proud parents of two daughters and one son.
